Clay Centre Covid Precautions:

The six artists showing at The Clay Centre are all fully vaccinated and we will also be wearing masks as an extra precaution. We ask that our visitors also be masked while inside our studios. Some of our artwork will be displayed in our outdoor courtyard, and we will open windows and doors to our respective studios to create airflow. For our indoor spaces, we will attempt to control the flow of visitors so that people can comfortably distance themselves.

Hollie has lived in Chapel Hill since 1963 and enjoyed being a part of the varied and interesting triangle art community for years. She got her undergraduate BFA degree at UNC-Chapel Hill and MFA in Printmaking at UGA. She has been an exhibiting member of Orange County Artists Guild since 2002.

Protest Pearls Jewelry

Protest Pearls Jewelry, showcases many of the American human rights trailblazers who collectively fought for freedom, the right to vote and social justice.

Protest Pearl jewelry, handmade by the artist, features archival photos sized to a metal pendant tray, which is covered with glass and connected to an updated freshwater pearl necklace or metal chain. Come see and celebrate the collective power of these important women of history and accomplishment.
